Pilot - Retractable nib, Capless Fountain Pen

The Pilot Capless Fountain Pen is quite unique with its retractable nib unit. It has also been known as "Vanishing Point" in America. It has a Solid 14ct Gold Medium nib that is activated by pushing the button on top of the barrel. There is a clever spring loaded hinged rubber coated flap which prevents the nib running dry when the pen is not in use. It can be filled from an ink bottle with the ink converter provided or it can use Pilot Ink Cartridges. The pen comes in a Black Lacquer Finish with either Gold Plated Trim or Silver Rhodium Plated Trim.
